Event Description:
CityReach is hosting a FREE Health Fair for all on Tuesday, April 10, 5:30 - 7 p.m.

Representatives from local health programs such as: CHI (will offer free blood pressure & glucose testing, details on applying for food stamps, dental care, etc.), Dr. Silverman Chiropractic Services, FIU Linda Fenner Mammogram Unit will be scheduling FREE mammograms for low-income women over 40 years old, Heatbeat of Miami (will offer assistance to pregnant moms), and more! Refreshments and door prizes! Immediately following there will be FREE Food Distribution for those needing help with extra food.
